"The worst type of bonfire night" This is a letter that was written in November 1940 by my mother, Joan Parsons, to her uncle in America. In the letter Joan describes the blitz of Coventry; the sights, sounds and emotions that she experienced. This is a long clip but worth watching and listening to.
